During celebrations to mark the World Autism Awareness Day in April this year, Ruiru MP
Simon King’ara’s Foundation joined parents and children with autism in celebrating the
strength and resilience of every individual. They shared a special day, offering food donations
as a small gesture of support as they continued to spread awareness, love, and inclusion of
people living with autism.
Thika Town MP Alice Ng’ang’a serves a meals to students during a development tour in
Gatuanyaga Ward. The visit started at Gatuanyaga Primary and Secondary schools. Through
NGCDF, they are building a modern ablution block and a state-of-the-art science lab for Grade
9 pupils. The MP enjoyed lunch with the Gatuanyaga Secondary students while reviewing the
progress of the Imarisha Elimu programme.
