deliberating on the theme: Taxation and
Taxpayers' Rights: the place of administrative
law in Kenya.
Mooting is essentially a mock trial where two
sides argue a point of law in front of an acting
judge, who based on the presentation by each
side, decides who wins. Mooting is an
important part of studying law, with students
seeing significant success in both national and
international competitions.
The event was hosted by JKUAT Mooting Club
on the 27th and the 28th of March, 2025.
